OUR ESG, CSR & SOCIAL IMPACT COMMITMENTS
Envision was created with the belief that we cannot advise others on sustainability and impact if we do not apply the same thinking to ourselves. Our internal ESG and social impact commitments are still evolving, but a few principles already guide how we work, which projects we accept, and how we show up in the ecosystem.

Responsible and ethical practice
We are selective about the work we take on and careful about its implications. We avoid assignments that clearly undermine environmental protection, social equity, or basic rights, even when they are commercially attractive. Within projects, we are transparent about risks, trade-offs, and limitations, and we do not dilute findings to make them more convenient. Confidentiality, data protection, and respectful engagement with communities and stakeholders are non-negotiable.

Fair and decent work inside Envision
We aim to provide a working environment that is safe, respectful, and growth oriented. This includes clear expectations, honest feedback, and opportunities for junior staff to learn by doing, not just observe. We promote fair treatment, avoid unpaid overtime as a structural practice, and are committed to improving our policies on employment conditions, inclusion, and wellbeing as the firm grows.

Contribution to local talent and the ecosystem
A significant part of our work is about building people, not just delivering outputs. Beyond paid assignments, we invest time in:
- Guest lectures and talks at universities such as AAUP and PPU on ESG, CSR, digital business, fintech, and related topics.
- Mentoring, coaching, and jury roles for accelerators, hackathons, and entrepreneurship programmes.
- Supporting youth, startups, and ecosystem actors to understand and apply ESG, green economy, and sustainable business concepts in a practical way.

Envision Community
To stay connected with the people we train, we created the Envision Community, a pro bono platform currently hosted through a WhatsApp group. It brings together graduates of our trainings and programmes with focal points from BSOs, NGOs, accelerators, incubators, and other ecosystem entities. Through this community we share information on grants, training, jobs, and other opportunities that participants might not otherwise access easily, provide ongoing informal advice and connections after programmes end, and offer a space where ecosystem actors can directly share opportunities with motivated youth and entrepreneurs.
